WE BELIEVE IN GOD

We believe in one God, existing eternally in three persons: father, son, and holy spirit.

WE BELIEVE IN JESUS

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, fully man and fully God, the Father’s one and only Son. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and lived a sinless life. He suffered during the governance of Pontius Pilate, was crucified, buried and rose physically from the dead. He ascended to the right hand of the Father and will come again in power and glory.

WE BELIEVE IN GOD’S DESIGN FOR HIS CHURCH

We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is formed of all those who know Him as their Savior and Lord, regardless of denominational preferences and that every follower of Jesus is purposed to directly participate in the life of a local and regularly gathered body of believers.

WE BELIEVE IN PRAYER

We believe prayer is the means of communicating with God, who hears and honors the prayers of his people. In prayer there is power for spiritual life and peace, for strength and physical healing, for change and life transformation, and for encouraging confidence of faith.

WE BELIEVE IN ETERNAL LIFE

We believe that faith alone in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord frees us from the mastery of sin, and its consequences of death and eternal separation. Jesus assumed the penalty of death Himself, and enables us to live out of His resurrected life into eternity. Following Jesus as Lord is the purpose of every believer and is of greater importance than simply accepting His payment as a means of “getting into” heaven or believing He exists.

WE BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE

We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the inspired word of God, the final authority for guidance, admonition, modification, and instruction to live healthy and right.

WE BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe the Holy Spirit carries out this work of daily and active renewal in our lives, empowering us to grow in loving union and power with our Heavenly Father and to walk in obedience to His will.
